You’re Burnt Out, But You’re Not Done Building

Work with me to break through the invisible constraints holding you back — so you can lead with clarity, regain your confidence, and keep building what matters without sacrificing yourself in the process.

You’re Exhausted, But Rest Doesn’t Fix It

Youu’re burnt out. Not tired — burnt out. The kind of exhaustion that doesn’t lift with a weekend off or a vacation. The kind that makes every decision feel harder than it should.

You’re also stuck. You lack clarity on what to do next. Your goals feel misaligned with how you’re actually spending your time. You’re missing the systems and structures that would actually support what you’re trying to build. And even when you know what needs to happen, something invisible keeps you from executing.

You’re capable. Ambitious. Deeply committed to building something meaningful. But right now, you’re caught between the drive to keep going and the overwhelming signals telling you this isn’t sustainable.

You feel it every day:

The chronic mental overload. The self-doubt that has you comparing yourself to everyone else and questioning whether you’re special enough to succeed. The disappointment in how you’re showing up — knowing you’re not living up to your potential but unable to figure out why.

Something is off. You can feel it. You just can’t name what’s holding you back.

Maybe it’s the misaligned goals draining your energy. Maybe it’s the lack of strategic clarity on what to prioritize. Maybe it’s the invisible emotional patterns quietly sabotaging your leadership. The performance anxiety. The way you’ve tied your self-worth to outcomes.

Or maybe it’s all of it — and you need someone to help you see clearly.

You Can’t Strategy Your Way Out of Burnout Alone

You’ve tried the standard solutions. Better time management. Clearer goals. More delegation. Optimizing your systems. And some of it helped — for a while.

But the burnout came back. The clarity you need stayed out of reach. The confidence in your decisions kept eroding.

Here’s why:

Burnout isn’t just about working too hard. It’s what happens when two forces collide and neither gets addressed.

The strategic gap: You don’t have clarity on what to do next. Your goals aren’t aligned with your values or your zone of genius. You’re missing the foundational systems and structures to support what you’re building. Your tasks feel misaligned with your energy.

The invisible constraints: Beneath the surface, forces you can’t see are keeping you stuck. The emotional patterns driving your performance anxiety. The way you’ve learned to prove your worth through achievement. The chronic stress rewiring your nervous system to operate in survival mode. The relational dynamics creating friction you don’t know how to resolve.

No strategy will stick if the invisible constraints go unaddressed. And no amount of inner work creates results without strategic clarity and structure.

You need both. Most advice gives you neither.

The cost of staying stuck? You keep pushing. You keep trying to prove yourself, to win the game, to show you’re worthy of what you want. But the burnout deepens. Self-trust disappears. And eventually, the work you care about starts to feel like a burden instead of a calling.

When you Break-Through Burnout

You wake up with clarity on what to do next. Not because someone handed you the answer, but because you’ve rebuilt the capacity to trust your own map forward.

You stop second-guessing every decision. You stop comparing yourself to everyone else’s timeline. You start making choices from alignment instead of fear — choices that actually serve your values, your energy, and the life you’re trying to create.

You build systems that work. Boundaries that protect your energy. Structures that support your goals without depleting you

Here’s what shifts inside you

You reconnect with the desire and inspiration that brought you here in the first place. You rebuild trust in yourself — the kind that doesn’t crumble under pressure. You develop the emotional intelligence to lead from groundedness instead of fight-or-flight.

You stop trying to prove you’re worthy. You stop chasing validation. You disentangle your self-worth from performance.

And you keep building what matters — without sacrificing your health, your relationships, or yourself in the process.

This is what becomes possible when you address both the strategy and the constraints:

Clarity on what to do next. Confidence in your decisions. The capacity to navigate uncertainty without falling apart. A life of creative, impactful work that doesn’t cost you everything.

You don’t have to choose between ambition and well-being. You just need the right support to build both.

About Me

I’ve Been Where You Are

I’v co-founded and scaled a venture-backed climate-tech startup. I pioneered an entirely new industry. I know what it’s like to build something from nothing while navigating constant uncertainty and pressure.

I also know what it’s like to burn out.

To wake up mentally overloaded. To lack clarity on what to do next even though I was capable and intelligent. To struggle with imposter syndrome and the fear that I wasn’t special enough to succeed. To tie my self-worth so tightly to performance that every setback felt like proof I was failing.

I tried the standard solutions. Better systems. Clearer priorities. More discipline. They helped — to a point. But they didn’t address the invisible constraints quietly sabotaging my leadership.

It wasn’t until I did both — the strategic work and the inner work — that things shifted.

I rebuilt clarity on what to do next. I created systems that actually worked. And I did the harder work of reconnecting with myself, rebuilding self-trust, and disentangling my identity from performance.

That’s the work I bring to my clients.

My Client Work

I help high-achievers, founders and leaders of innovation address both the strategic gaps and the invisible constraints — because I’ve learned firsthand that neither works alone.

This coaching exists because I want to help others where I struggled. I want to help unlock great innovation and positive impact in people with great personal potential but who are feeling held back.
